It takes a special kind of woman - a woman who knows her boundaries and fights to challenge them - to tackle the Cape's icy ocean and come out on top. Kerry is one such woman, an open water swimmer who embraces the cold and current as a way of reclaiming her body as her own and celebrating it's capacity to do extraordinary things. Kerry was brave enough to participate in a #MeToo portrait series I'm currently working on, inviting woman to express and share their truth through photography and storytelling.
