Its rare that you find two people as beautiful and nice as Larissa and Ray. Not only was this one of the most aesthetically pleasing weddings I’ve ever shot (Penhill Manor is a favourite for me) but also one of the most heartfelt. I entered the women’s quarters to a bevy of beautiful bridesmaids and bride, sipping bubbly and munching chocolate puffs. They embodied everything I love about this first chapter of the wedding day – a feeling of promise, excitement and calm. Everything that could have been done has been done and all that’s left is to enjoy it. This spirit of effortless enjoyment permeated the rest of the day, framed by Elgin’s soft pastel colours and really good tunes.
